The Meaning of Anzac:
ANZAC day is a national day of remembrance in Australia and also our country New Zealand and broadly commemorates in all Australians and New Zealanders who served, honored and died in WW I and WW II
In April, ANZAC day was originally to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who fought at a place called Gallipoli against the Ottoman Empire in world war 1. ANZAC was observed in the Cook Islands, Niue, Papua New Guinea, Tonga and also as a national called Pitcairn Islands and Samoa.
